So we have a dinner party approaching this Sunday, catering for 8 adults and 12 children at a private estate in Somerset. The meal is high end casual, with a great Boeuf Bourgignon with chateau roasted potatoes and vegetables. Followed by Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce, honeycombeand homemade vanilla ice cream.
